We've already been working on "cycle time reduction" and trying to improve the effectiveness of the loan lending process for small companies in a bank. Having variously different backgrounds, we were surprised by observing the lack of interaction and proper exchanges in between various brilliantly working on its own process elements.

Hence, we've decided: we can make better, more flexible, more maintanable than what we've seen. Actions followed thoughts. The simpler, the better. No istallation to the user's workstation, everything happens on the server side. Any and every activity logged.

Plain and simple approach is: be transparent, be flexible.
